A large stainless steel sculpture “Moon over Water” is located in Tianjin Cultural Center, China. The total height is 42.7 feet and it was made of stainless steel 316l, designed by Shangxi Zhu. The creative inspiration comes from the concept of “Moon” of traditional Chinese art culture, which expressed that moon is quiet, gorgeous and magnificent. Also, the shape of
overgilded, and over the nest, a group of birds are homing. In other word, the whole sculpture is a group of birds fly back to their nest which is built on the trunk.
