The adaptations on the Torus design include one that is four meters in diameter and a blocky Keystone Torus in verdigris bronze at a mall entrance. The variations are designed to lead shoppers on a journey through the mall.

Minneapolis School of Art (now known as the Minnesota College of Art and Design) for 1 year (1959-1960). For the next 3 years, he was an assistant to Paul Granlund (1925-2003), another well-known Minnesota sculptor who was an artist-in-residence at Gustavus Adolphus College in St Peter, Minn. Huntington honed his skills in sculpture under Granlund's tutelage, learning to build sculptures from found objects and by casting metal.
As part of our U.S. General Services Administration National Contract for Outdoor metal Sculpture 2011-2016, Conservator James (Jim) Gwinner traveled to Eugene, Oregon to complete a treatment of Shortest Distance, 2006, by artist Cris Bruch. The sculpture is located at the Wayne L. Morse U.S. Courthouse. The artwork is a large scale abstract outdoor sculpture fabricated from stainless steel with a random orbital ground finish. The form is composed of many trapezoidal forms welded together.
The housing development was opened by Wigan's Mayor in December 2016, with both schools and the local community in attendance. I also produced a plaque to commemorate the opening of this truly inspiring community based art project.
